We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, someone who’s driven by curiosity, data, and a passion for transforming insights into impactful marketing decisions.

In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional marketing teams to uncover insights, optimize performance, and guide decision-making through data clarity and storytelling.
🌱 What You’ll Do
– Collaborate with marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
– Analyze campaign data and customer behavior to reveal actionable insights.
– Build and maintain dashboards that connect marketing performance with business outcomes.
– Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing channels and activities.
💡 What We’re Looking For
– 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or data analysis.
– Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking with the ability to connect data to marketing goals.
– Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify data into clear insights.
– Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across teams.
– Familiarity with marketing analytics and visualization platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.) is highly preferred.
– Experience in SaaS or digital marketing environments is a big plus.
